1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms govern access to the Prerender Buddy website, diagnostics, browser extension, account dashboard, rendering APIs, managed routing, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you act for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.
2. The service
Prerender Buddy checks crawler-readable HTML and can fetch, render, cache, and serve public website content to eligible crawler requests. Features, limits, cache freshness, integrations, and support vary by plan and configuration. The service is a technical delivery layer, not a complete SEO, AEO, or GEO platform.
3. Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and API keys, and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account and for users you authorize.
4. Customer websites and content
You may connect or test a domain only when you own it or have authority to manage and analyze it. You grant Prerender Buddy the limited permission needed to fetch public pages, load public resources, generate and cache rendered HTML, and deliver that output to eligible crawler requests.
- Keep authenticated, personalized, confidential, and legally restricted pages outside the rendering path.
- Do not place credentials, personal data, signed private resources, or sensitive state in rendered URLs.
- Ensure crawler output remains materially consistent with the public content available to visitors.
- Maintain lawful rights to content, domains, and data submitted through the service.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to access private systems without authorization, distribute malware, evade security or plan limits, operate an open rendering proxy, interfere with the service, impersonate a crawler operator, or violate applicable law or third-party rights.
6. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Current prices, billing intervals, and included limits are shown before purchase. Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Plan changes, payment methods, invoices, and cancellation are managed through Stripe Checkout or the billing portal. A cancellation scheduled for the end of a billing period keeps paid access active until that period ends. Any refund follows applicable law and the terms shown for the relevant purchase or written offer.
7. Quotas, cache, and changes
Fresh-render quotas and other plan limits apply as described on the pricing and account pages. Cached responses may not count as fresh renders. Features and plans may change, subject to the applicable billing process and any notice required by law.
8. No visibility guarantee
Prerender Buddy can make public content available as crawler-readable HTML. It does not guarantee crawling, indexing, rankings, AI citations, recommendations, traffic, or revenue. You remain responsible for content quality, technical SEO, structured data, links, authority, and compliance.
9. Availability and third parties
The service depends on customer origins and third-party identity, hosting, DNS, payment, email, analytics, monitoring, and AI services. Rendering, caches, certificates, origins, or providers may fail or become unavailable. Current fallback behavior is described on the Failure Behavior page.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, address abuse or security risk, enforce these Terms or plan limits, respond to law, or resolve non-payment. You may stop using the service and use the account deletion flow. Some billing, security, and legal records may remain where required or permitted by law.
11. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your website and content. Prerender Buddy retains ownership of the service, software, documentation, branding, and original materials. Feedback may be used to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you.
12. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every website. Prerender Buddy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
13. Changes and applicable law
We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted with a revised date and, where appropriate, communicated through the service or email. Mandatory rights and obligations under applicable law continue to apply. Any separately signed agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.
