AI visibility pricing looks very different when you manage ten websites instead of one.
A $95 plan may be attractive until it includes one project. A $99-per-domain product can become expensive as the portfolio grows. A cheaper multi-site plan may save money but lack white-label reports, client seats or daily monitoring.
For agencies and companies managing multiple brands, the question is not "what does this tool cost?" It is: what does this tool cost for the number of sites, prompts, clients and reports we actually need?
This is a multi-site economics and workflow comparison, not a claim that Prerender Buddy is a full agency reporting platform. Dedicated agency products may have stronger white-label and client-access features.
We build Prerender Buddy. Pricing and product details were checked on September 11, 2026 and can change. For the operating model around page checks and client reports, see website monitoring for agencies and how to report AI visibility to clients.
What agencies should compare first
Define five numbers: client brands or websites, prompts needed per brand, AI platforms required, tracking frequency, and people who need access.
Then decide whether clients need their own login, read-only access, white-label reports, exported reports only, or no direct platform access. Those decisions change the best option.

Some products are primarily AI analytics platforms. PB additionally includes website monitoring and managed rendering. Semrush is a broad marketing suite. Peec and Promptwatch agency tiers provide client-facing seats or white-label reporting that PB's public self-serve plans do not currently emphasize.
1. Prerender Buddy — multi-site coverage at a lower price
PB's public plans are already designed around multiple websites. See pricing.
Starter — $39/month
3 websites, 15 prompts weekly across ChatGPT, Perplexity and Claude, 5 competitors per site, 10 monitored pages per site, managed prerendering, 25,000 fresh renders, 10 article drafts.
Growth — $89/month
5 websites, 40 prompts weekly across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Gemini, 10 competitors per site, 50 monitored pages per site, 50,000 fresh renders, 30 article drafts.
Pro — $139/month
10 websites, 75 prompts weekly across six platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Grok and Meta AI / Muse), 25 competitors per site, 100 monitored pages per site, 100,000 fresh renders, 60 article drafts, Developer API, workspace MCP and 12-month visibility history.
The Developer API catalog lists access on Pro, Agency and custom plans. Public self-serve pricing currently shows Starter, Growth and Pro; additional capacity is a custom conversation, not a second public price card.
Why this can work for agencies
Website count is bundled into the standard plans. An agency with ten relatively small client sites can potentially place them on Pro rather than buying ten per-domain AI visibility subscriptions.
The same workspace can monitor crawler visits, website health, rendering behavior, AI visibility, citations, competitors and content opportunities. That is useful when the agency also manages JavaScript-heavy sites. See JavaScript SEO audit for agencies and audit a client site with MCP.
Where PB is weaker for agencies
Standard plans are not currently positioned as a mature white-label client-reporting platform. Agencies that need polished client portals, extensive white-label reporting, many client seats and daily prompt collection should compare dedicated agency products carefully.
PB's included AI tracking is weekly. That is a real tradeoff if the retainer promises daily trend charts. See weekly or daily tracking.
2. Peec AI — dedicated agency pricing
Peec publishes a separate agency price list.
Essential — $245/month: 10,000 tracking credits (roughly 111 prompts depending on allocation), 3 projects, unlimited client seats, 25 prompts per pitch project, daily tracking.
Growth — $495/month: 25,000 credits, roughly 277 prompts, 10 projects, unlimited client seats, 50 prompts per pitch project, daily tracking.
Scale — $795/month: 65,000 credits, roughly 722 prompts, 25 projects, unlimited client seats, daily or weekly tracking.
Agencies can allocate prompt capacity across clients with centralized billing. Peec is a stronger choice than PB when the core deliverable is dedicated AI-search analytics and client reporting.
The agency entry price is much higher than PB Pro, particularly for moderate tracking across a handful of websites.
3. Promptwatch — strong client-facing agency workflow
Promptwatch has dedicated agency tiers. Public agency pages currently emphasize unlimited regular client projects, unlimited pitch projects, a white-label dashboard, read-only client access, project-level permissions, 10 seats, API and MCP access, Data Studio support, and tracking across multiple markets and languages.
Brand plans start at $95/month for one project and 50 prompts. Agencies should evaluate the dedicated agency tiers rather than extrapolating from brand plans. Promptwatch does not publish a single public dollar amount for those agency tiers in the same way Peec does.
The service-delivery path is onboard client → track → report → give client access. That is different from simply allowing multiple websites in one account.
If the agency does not need client portals, white labeling or daily high-volume tracking, a simpler multi-site product can cost less.
4. OtterlyAI — more prompts and workspaces as you move up
Otterly Lite costs $29/month with 15 daily prompts and one workspace. Standard currently costs $189/month for 100 daily prompts, four included engines, unlimited team members, API access, MCP access and Agent Analytics. Premium is $489/month for 400 prompts.
Lite is explicitly one workspace. Otterly's agency-partner program adds unlimited workspace management, pitch workspaces and branded Looker reporting on Standard or Premium. Do not assume every Standard subscription includes unlimited client environments without checking the current agency terms.
Additional models such as Claude, Gemini and Google AI Mode are paid add-ons, and those add-on costs increase on larger plans.
5. Scrunch — agency pricing for larger budgets
Scrunch currently lists Agency Core at $500/month and Agency Enterprise at custom pricing. Brand Core is $250/month. See Scrunch alternatives.
Scrunch combines AI visibility with site audits, agent/bot traffic, source analysis, recommendations and optimization. For agencies selling substantial GEO retainers, the higher platform price may be small relative to the client contract. For a small agency testing AI visibility as a new service, $500/month is a meaningful fixed cost.
6. Semrush — familiar agency ecosystem, per-domain AI pricing
Semrush's AI Visibility Toolkit currently costs $99/month per domain when billed annually, with 25 custom prompts tracked daily. Many SEO agencies already use Semrush, so adding AI visibility there can simplify training, reporting and traditional SEO comparisons.
Per-domain pricing changes the economics as client count increases. Ten domains at a per-domain add-on price should be evaluated differently from a multi-site plan. Enterprise quotes may change those economics. See Semrush and Ahrefs vs specialist tools.
Per-site cost matters, but do not optimize it too early
PB Pro is currently $139/month for up to ten websites. If all ten are actively used, that is roughly $14 per website before prompt allocation, rendering usage and other features.
That number can mislead. If one client needs 60 prompts and the other nine need almost none, website count is not the limiting resource.
Agency pricing usually has several dimensions: sites or projects, prompts, platforms, responses or checks, seats, reports, countries, crawler logs and content generation. The cheapest per-site tool can become the wrong tool if the prompt allowance does not match client contracts.
How many prompts should an agency allocate per client?
Do not give every client the same number automatically. A local service business may only need 10–20 high-intent questions. A SaaS product with several categories may need 30–100. An ecommerce brand across product lines and countries may need hundreds.
Allocate around buying intent, product categories, competitor comparisons, geographic markets, funnel stages and reporting commitments. A prompt should exist because it measures something the client cares about. See how to choose AI visibility prompts.
Daily versus weekly tracking for agencies
Daily tracking can be valuable when reports show short-term trend changes, campaigns launch frequently, prompt sets are actively managed, or the client expects detailed recurring analytics.
Weekly tracking can be enough when the site changes less often, the agency delivers strategic rather than daily reporting, prompt budgets are limited, or the goal is directional monitoring.
PB's included AI tracking is weekly. Peec, Promptwatch and Otterly emphasize daily collection on comparable plans. Discuss that before choosing a platform.
Client access versus agency-only access
Client portal model fits when transparency is part of the service, clients want to explore data, several stakeholders need access, or white-label presentation matters. Promptwatch and Peec's agency products are stronger here.
Agency-operated model fits when the agency interprets the data, clients receive reports or recommendations, reducing platform complexity matters, and technical evidence is part of a larger service. A simpler multi-site workspace can be enough.
Where PB can fit an agency service
PB is particularly relevant when the agency sells more than prompt tracking:
- Check whether crawlers can access each client's website.
- Monitor important pages and technical health.
- Track selected AI visibility prompts.
- Inspect citations and competitor presence.
- Identify content gaps.
- Plan or draft content, then review it.
- Use managed rendering where a real JavaScript delivery problem exists.
- Use API/MCP on Pro or custom plans for internal workflows.
That is closer to technical AI readiness plus visibility plus action than a pure GEO reporting dashboard.
When to choose a dedicated agency platform instead
Use a more specialized agency product when you need white-label client portals, granular client permissions, many seats, pitch-project workflows, daily monitoring across many prompt sets, advanced client reporting, or standardized GEO delivery at scale. Peec and Promptwatch have built explicitly around those needs.
A practical shortlist by agency type
Freelancer or two-person consultancy: Otterly Lite/Standard or PB Starter/Growth, depending on whether technical crawler monitoring matters.
Small SEO/web agency with 5–10 sites: PB Growth or Pro can be attractive if multiple websites and technical monitoring matter more than white-label client portals. Peec Agency Essential becomes attractive when AI-search analytics is itself a paid client deliverable.
Dedicated GEO/AEO agency: Peec and Promptwatch should be high on the shortlist because their agency workflows are designed around client management and reporting.
Larger digital agency: Compare Peec Scale, Promptwatch agency tiers, Scrunch Agency and enterprise Semrush/Ahrefs quotes based on actual volumes. Negotiated pricing matters more than public entry prices.
Frequently asked questions
What is the cheapest AI visibility tool for multiple websites?
It depends on prompt requirements. Prerender Buddy Starter currently includes three websites for $39/month, Growth five for $89 and Pro ten for $139. Otterly Standard offers 100 daily prompts for $189/month; workspace limits depend on the plan and agency-partner terms.
Which AI visibility tool is best for agencies?
There is no universal answer. Peec and Promptwatch have stronger dedicated agency workflows. PB is attractive for agencies that also manage crawler accessibility, rendering and website health. Semrush can make sense for agencies already standardized on its SEO suite.
Does Prerender Buddy offer an agency plan?
Public self-serve Pro currently covers up to ten websites and includes the Developer API and workspace MCP. The Developer API catalog also lists Agency and custom plans. Additional capacity is not a second public price card.
Do agencies need daily AI tracking?
Not always. Daily tracking provides more granular trend data. Weekly tracking can be enough for strategic reporting and smaller prompt sets. Match cadence to what the agency promises clients.
Should each client have a separate AI visibility account?
Usually not if the platform supports proper project or workspace separation. Centralized agency accounts can simplify billing, but client permissions and data separation should be checked carefully.
