Read status and time first
Confirm the website and scan time. Critical findings usually require prompt investigation. Warning can mean a weaker signal, uncertainty, or unavailable comparison. Clear means the bounded check passed; it is not a universal guarantee.
Inspect the evidence
Review status, redirects, robots rules, noindex, canonicals, crawler-readable content, raw-versus-rendered delivery, titles, headings, entity signals, structured data, and discovery files. HTTP 200 alone does not prove the expected page was returned.
Review proposed changes
Generated robots.txt, sitemap.xml, llms.txt, and AI-assisted fixes are drafts. Preserve deliberate restrictions, review the output, publish it on the correct host, and rerun the same check. llms.txt is optional guidance, not a ranking requirement.
