Privacy rights

GDPR requests, without a separate maze.

This page explains how to exercise data-protection rights for information handled by Prerender Buddy and where to find the underlying technical disclosures.

This is a practical rights overview. It is not a certification, legal opinion, or customer Data Processing Agreement.

Your rights

Requests are assessed under the law that applies to you.

A right may be limited by identity verification, another person's rights, security requirements, contractual necessity, or legal retention duties.

Access

Ask whether personal data about you is processed and request a copy.

Correction

Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete account information.

Deletion

Ask us to delete personal data where the right applies.

Restriction

Ask us to limit processing in circumstances defined by applicable law.

Portability

Request eligible data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.

Objection

Object to processing based on legitimate interests or to direct marketing.

Withdraw consent

Change optional analytics consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

1. Send the request

Email from the address associated with your account where possible. State the right you want to exercise and the relevant account or interaction.

2. Verify and scope

We may request limited information to confirm identity, protect other users, and locate the applicable records.

3. Receive a response

For GDPR requests, the target is without undue delay and within one month. A permitted extension will be explained within that first month.

Submit a request

Use the privacy contact.

Email security@prerenderbuddy.com

Include your account email, the type of request, and enough context to locate the records. Do not email passwords, API keys, payment-card data, identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

We may retain a minimal record of the request and response to demonstrate handling, protect accounts, or meet legal obligations. Provider-side records may require a coordinated request to Clerk, Stripe, PostHog, or another relevant service.

You may also use the account deletion flow for Prerender Buddy-owned workspace data and Cookie Settings to withdraw optional browser analytics consent.

International processing

Providers may process data outside your country.

PostHog is configured in the United States. Other locations and transfer mechanisms depend on the provider, service, and account configuration. Review the provider inventory and source links before relying on a specific region.
