Use effective account access
The authenticated Account page is the source for a workspace’s plan, trial, legacy entitlement, allowances, enabled features, and available offers. Two similarly named plans can have different effective access.
Keep allowances separate
Fresh renders, cache hits, monitored pages, tracked questions, generated drafts, Agent usage, and AI Ads credits are different populations. Dashboard crawler activity is not the billing ledger. Deleting a draft or Agent chat does not automatically restore already-consumed usage.
Understand add-ons
Eligible offers can add capacity or capabilities after successful payment. Availability depends on the base plan and current configuration. AI Ads credits pay for PB operations; advertising spend is billed separately by the provider.
Review the checkout summary before changing a legacy plan. Do not assume a new feature is included because a public plan uses a familiar name.
