Choose what can happen automatically

Publishing Autopilot is available on Starter, Growth and Pro. Select your website, open Agent and choose Publishing Autopilot.

ModeWhat happensWhat needs your approval
Drafts onlyAgent prepares articles and saves drafts in PB. Nothing goes to your CMS.Review and activate the background article permission.
Publish after reviewAgent prepares articles, then waits before sending them to the connected destination.Approve each exact finished article before CMS delivery or Git release.
Automatic publishingQualifying articles can be published to a supported CMS under your saved policy.Explicitly authorize live publication within the policy; exceptions return for review.

Connect the destination

Drafts only does not need a CMS. The other modes need a saved, validated publishing connection for the selected website. Open Sites, choose the website and configure Publishing using its integration guide.

Automatic publishing supports WordPress, Ghost, Webflow, Shopify and Wix. Confirm the business facts approved for public use in your Business Profile, choose allowed topics and add any exclusions. Sensitive claims, failed quality checks or changed article versions require review.

Keystatic supports Drafts only and Publish after review. Choose Send for Git review for a pull request, or Release to Git after review for the authorized release. Your build and hosting process still make the page live. Follow the Keystatic guide.

Set a limit and permission duration

Choose 1–3 articles per calendar month in the current Autopilot control. This limit is shared across websites in the workspace; setting up a second website does not create another separate allowance. Generating articles also uses your plan's shared article allowance, which is used by manual, Agent and API generation. Existing usage and budget checks can hold new work.

Choose a permission duration of 1–90 days. For Automatic publishing, set a minimum interval of 1–31 days between publications on this website. This is a minimum gap, not a fixed weekly schedule or a promise that an article will be ready on a particular day. The current three-article cap does not support publishing every week throughout a full month.

To publish a particular finished article at a specific time, review it and use its separate publication schedule.

Save, review and turn it on

  1. Choose the mode, destination, monthly limit and duration. Set topics and the publication interval where required.
  2. Select Save settings. Saving leaves the policy off.
  3. Read the permission summary and confirm what Agent may do. Automatic mode explicitly permits qualifying live publication without approving each article individually.
  4. Turn on Publishing Autopilot. Follow progress in the conversation and Agent Tasks.

Saving changed settings switches publishing off until you review the new permission. A changed destination or Business Profile can also require a new review. Turning a permission off and on does not extend its expiry.

Follow the result and pause when needed

Agent reuses eligible saved evidence to identify article opportunities. It can wait when evidence is incomplete, a similar article already exists, a limit has been reached or review is needed. Enabling a policy does not guarantee immediate generation or a release on every interval.

Turn Autopilot off to stop further content work. Existing monitoring permissions continue separately, and work already running may finish.

Publication checks distinguish a verified website page from a later AI answer. If you enable Recheck the original question after publication, one fresh answer is requested after page verification when a comparable check is available. Your shared checking allowance applies. A corrected page does not guarantee a new citation or an improved AI answer.
