Review the snapshot
A shared visibility-check report covers one tested public URL at a recorded time. Confirm the final URL, status, redirects, crawler access, readable content, discovery files, metadata, and unavailable checks before sharing it.
Protect private information
Do not create a public report for authenticated, personalized, preview, or sensitive URLs. Remove credentials and private query-string values before testing.
Explain the limits
A page-level result does not represent every site template. A crawler-style response does not authenticate an operator or establish indexing. Reports can expire, and later deployments can change the result.
